I guess. I feel kinda bad about it, with that fake eye and all.

Yeah, well, you know that's why he talks so much right?

He's really self-conscious about the eye, and if there's any break in the conversation, he's afraid that someone will bring it up. So he just makes sure there aren't any breaks. That's why he spends so much time on Xbox, too, no-one on there knows about the eye.
A:

Yeah, once he knows you well enough and is confident you won't bring it up, he stops talking so much. He's really funny and a cool guy once he gets over the embarrassment.
